Every year Bassai Karate Academy host a friendship tournament.  The tournament has no winners or losers.  Each participant gets many opportunities to perform their Kata and to spar.  Also the little kids have an opportunity to participate in this tournament by performing their kehons. Also the get the opportunity to flag spar where the participants have to stay in the ring while trying to remove the flags off their opponents belt..
