What is Cardio Karate?

 

Cardio Karate is a fun workout based on some very basic karate techniques done to music.  The workout also includes a variety of exercises relating to:

Cardiovascular

Body Toning

Muscle Strengthening

Flexibility

Cardio Karate is a fun workout that anyone can come in and do. 

 

No previous experience necessary!

 

All you need is some workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a willingness to have fun!

As we get older, we get stiffer.  Cardio karate can help you to stay flexible to prevent injuries in our daily life’s activities.  More flexibility means improved mobility and less pain in our joints and muscles.
